Criteria for H1-B Visa:
- Temporary employment in a specialty occupation.
- Must possess a Bachelors degree or the equivalent and be offered a position that has a direct correlation to such degree.

- Granted for 3 years and may be extended for another 3 years with possible extension of additional years.
Criteria for L-1 Visa (Intra Company Transferees):
- Individual must be continuously employed abroad for one of the past three years by a parent, affiliate or subsidiary of the US company immediately preceding the application.
- Individual desires to enter US for a temporary managerial, executive, or specialized role position.
- In some situations, this visa may be converted to permanent residency.

- May be granted for 3 years with 1-year extensions.
Criteria for R-1 Visa:
- Available to aliens seeking to enter U.S. to perform work of a religious nature.
- Must be a member of the religious organization 2 years immediately preceding application
- Must be a professional worker, minister, liturgical etc.
- Visa is good for 3 years and may be extended for 2 years.
